We start with the end in mind. We are very conscious of your personal and financial goals, and most importantly, what you want to spend your time doing. We keep what’s important to you, and why you are launching a business, at the heart of the plan. So, we establish some goals, then we get going.
Firstly, we plan; this always involves a step-by-step approach. The goal is NOT to create a huge and expensive plan. We aim to be practical, lean on your areas of skill, and call in the experts where and when you need them.
Next comes the marketing. We can start with a brand and a business name (check out this blog on naming a business) that aligns well with the goals we have set. We pinpoint who we are talking to, how we are going to talk with them, and we create a way to tell your story.
That’s it. We put one foot in front of the other and work with you to make sure business is fun and you get out what you put in.
